Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Source code, data, access and documentation are transferred to you in full.
Do you work with our existing team and systems?
Yes. We join running projects and take over existing systems. If a rebuild makes more economic sense, we say so openly.
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Yes. If you wish, even before the first in-depth conversation.
Do you build for markets outside Germany?
Yes. We plan for multiple languages, regions, time zones, currencies and the privacy rules of other markets from day one.
Where is everything hosted?
In the EU wherever possible. If your market requires it, in other regions too – with data processing agreements and clear data residency.
